Virtual Volunteering-School Supply Pack

60 minutes

10-200+ Attendees

Volunteer Opportunities, Team Building, Family Friendly

Your team can provide a new backpack filled with school supplies for underserved children in the U.S. with this virtual volunteer opportunity.

Each kit is 25 lbs and includes materials for 5 backpack kits. During this event your team will assemble their kits, write 5 individual inspirational notes and repack the kits into the same box that they came in with a preprinted label. Then they just need to drop their box off at their nearest UPS or Staples store.

Each kit helps build self-esteem, improve school success, and frees up family resources for other essentials such as food, medicine, and utilities. With these essential tools comes the opportunity to engage in learning, setting the foundation for a brighter future.

List of supplies per backpack kit:

12 ballpoint pens

24 crayons

12 pencils

1 ruler

1 glue stick

1 pencil sharpener

1 pair of scissors

1 eraser

1 organizer
