This gentle class is specially designed for expectant people to honor all of the changes occurring, to connect with baby, and stay healthy throughout pregnancy. Prenatal yoga includes movement, deep breathing, relaxation, and meditation that can be practiced throughout all trimesters. Movement keeps the body flexible, helps alleviate the common discomforts of pregnancy, and builds strength in the body safely. While breathwork and meditation help create a calm state of mind in preparation for labor and birth.
