Grounding Flow: Breath Work & Mediation (All Levels)

In this class we will explore equal parts of gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to quiet the chattering of the monkey mind. The movement (asana) serves to prepare the body and mind to rest comfortably in stillness. First we begin with some mellow movement to release any tension from the physical body, then we practice intentional breathwork (pranayama) to increase self-awareness, and then we end with meditation (dhyana) to restore balance.
